As some may know I play a few different classes, a druid, paladin, warrior and rogue. I've spent some time playing all three, however a new patch was released that changed things around for some classes, however not for the rogue.
Hemo causing more bleed damage is very interesting, if your playing a shadowdance pvp spec this ends up being quite interesting, as you can easily put both your bleeds on someone at will, only time will tell if the bleed damage ends up being something special. I'm only starting to play pvp mutilate today and we'll see how that goes.
As far as sub goes though, it's pretty similar aside from the addition of bleeds in my opinion, play style that is. They're really pushing bleeds on sub, with a talent to increase dmg on a target with bleeds on them by 10% plus hemos effects. Talents that refresh rupture also compound this.
Mutilate seems to be the muti we all have played. Even bleeds are somewhat pushed here as a talent will cause a periodic 988 dmg to things you bleed that have poison on them. The rest of the talents and play style are nearly the same aside from vendetta, which is remarkably better than hunger for blood. It's a 2 minute cooldown but I'll take that over refreshing every minute, and having to wait or apply my own bleeds for it to go. The seeing through stealth part is a nice addition to pvp. With bg's being pushed hard in cata this talent will be a godsend to those rogues who are looking to keep other rogues at bay.
